Are you also allergic to alcoholic drinks?

I actually don't drink since I am allergic to alcoholic drinks. But last time i tried drinking a little since there was an occasion and i know i would just be limiting my drink to just half a bottle but i finished the whole bottle and another one. As a result i had been itching with my allergies for almost 4 days already. If the allergy would still persist until tomorrow i would already be drinking anti allergy medicine. I think its quite common hearing from people who are allergic to alcoholic drinks since most people have that reason for avoiding alcoholic drinks. Are you allergic to alcoholic drinks? Have you also experience drinking and having an allergic reaction afterwards? I you have what did you do about your allergy and how long did it take to disappear?
