How do you put body and bounce on limp hair? Blow drying our hair can be such a waste of time because it wont be able to sustain body to hair. What do you do?

Well i use an flat iron and I notice if i tilt it in a certain direction that it gives my hair body and a little twist to it.the curling iron can help too depending on your hair style.

I use a lightweight volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Then I blow dry my hair upside down. It always works.

I have very long thick hair myself and find that if I do not blow dry it, it is too heavy to handle while wet. So I use professional shampoo and conditioning to assure it does not get dull and or damaged from the blow drying.
