Here I can help you with some information but only from a worker perspective. If you go to task page, you will be able to see all the task. Choose any one. Then accept the task(press the accept button at the below right corner of the page). Then work on it. Most of them are like: digg a particular page, sign up, follow twitter account, Facebook like, finding an article, buying a product etc. All the tasks have some definite time to complete. Try to complete within the time. I was never failed to complete the tasks within time, because the time they provide is more than sufficient. After you have completed the task, you will be able to see that creator have asked for some proof like: twitter profile name, facebook profile name, digg username, username by which you have signed up to the site which he/she has asked you to. So just provide that proof and submit. Thats it!! In most of the cases, you will get paid. But here one important point. Some works are location specific and creator use to mention that on the top of the task name. So if you dont belong to the location, dont accpt the task. You will be rejected. Enjoy!!

Admin deletes those which are violations and if you complete them you might not receive your earnings if they were removed.
