well communication is a skill dude not avhieved that easily but there are tactics you can try to improve your skills, for ewxample if you really want to carry on with the chat, start with an exciting topic, the person and you can both talk abiout. and then another topic which appeals the other person too, and this way the person will beconme more cmfortable too, and start coming up with dicusiions. i have tried this and it really works:)
