What if we dont drink water in a day

There are many way your body gets water. Water, as water is not the only source. You can eat some fruits and veggies and they will give you some amount of water to keep on going for a day. I don´t think any terrible thing will happen if you don´t drink water for a day.

I think it's really important to drink water, at least 8 glasses a day. Water helps keep your muscles and skin toned, assists in weight loss, transports oxygen and nutrients to cells, eliminates toxins and wastes from the body, and regulates body temperature. Drinking refreshing, clean water plays a major role in reducing the risk of certain diseases.
