Hi, is perfect gender equality ever possible? Even now in the modern world, men and women are treated different at times and it is quite obvious. Thus, is it ever possible to have a situation where both man and woman are treated the same?

Unfortunately, I don't believe it is possible for one very important fact...women are the only ones that have babies, so when it comes to missing work for family matters, it is the woman who has to take the time off. Usually for four months, and I think this is what really holds women back much of the time. Also, women are the care takers of the family home. If a parent gets sick, and needs help it is usually the woman practicing the FLA (family leave act) so no, I don't think there ever could be a 50/50 equality in the workplace.

Very ture. And I guess we need to cater for woman needs sometimes, which are different from men's. Thus, it will never be possible
