Seeing the dentist again today

Today, I got up early because I have this dentist appointment. Once again, I have to clean my teeth, and I also need to do the filling. I think that I have too much cavities from last year, and my insurance money was exhausted by the end of 2010. The beginning of the year, I hope that I can keep up the hygiene with my teeth, flossing more and brush my teeth more. Especially after finish the meals. I try to keep up brushing and flossing my teeth, I just don't know why, the dentist always say not enough, my teeth still have those soft substances. So, I suppose have my teeth clean every six months, now, it is more like every 3 months. I just hope that my insurance has enough money to keep up with that.
