Hello, I am 45 years old and just purchased my first computer and am learning many new things with it everyday. Amazing, the internet is. Anyway, could someone here take some time to teach me how to post a link on a forum such as MYLOT? I have been trying learn via google search and other places, but, it seems as if everyone atomaticaly assumes everyone already knows how. I need to learn any help would be appeciated. THX

Learn the HTML language of web pages. It is very easy and only takes a few hours to learn and practice. I don't think we can show you a link because the code actually makes a link! Find the "page source" view in your browser and look for "a href=" in a web page. That is the link, followed by what is actually written on the page, and finally a "/a"

Well I tried, but mylot doesn't allow html code to be posted. Plus mylot uses frames and iframes so you are not seeing a standard web page. Look on another site and you'll soon be able to figure out how the links are formatted.

like what do you want to post?? do you want to start a new discusion or topic?? do you want to comment and share your ideas on topics of other people?? do you want to send message to a friend?? or upload photos?? there are many things to do here at mylot.. just be specific on what you want to know or learn.. :)
