What Are Refs Like In BuxP?

BuxP is on PTC investigations Elite list. They have been around a long time, and pay! I have yet to reach my first payout, however, because for a long time I forgot to click them, and also, it takes awhile. Most ads are 0.1 cents, (only 5 seconds, though!) so even though you can make 5-6 cents a day as a standard member, it takes awhile. Also, payout as standard member is 7.99 AP and 17.99 PP! What I want to know is, has anyone upgraded or purchased refs there? (I believe refs are bought for life, not rented.) How did that work out for you? And what do you think of sites that have a great payment record, but it takes a long time to get there? (like clixsense, wordlinx, etc)
