like Jesus sacrificed for the sake of us all.

Jesus had sacrificed his life for a purpose. We all do sacrifices. We all sacrifice our lives for the sake of children. General sacrifices his soldiers to save his regiment, animals are sacrificed to appease our hunger. Sacrifice has to be for some higher purpose. Jesus' sacrifice was for the ultimate purpose.
