Why my facebook can not be opened? while the other web can be opened on my laptop.?

maybe you mean the site is unable to receive signals or your connection is experiencing problems

maybe it's because there are disorders that result in connections that could happen. and try to give it a try again, who knows could be in the open. because now the connection is not good.

It happens especially as we all know facebook has a lot of users so there is a big traffic for it. You may want to restart your computer and try to log in again in facebook,see if it works! Goodluck!

You may want to try cleaning out your cache and cookies, its possible you just have a bad cookie or something like that, it may also be a problem with the particular browser your trying to use, try a different browser and see if this solves the problem for you.
