Guns are like shoes you can only use one pair at a time, but you want more than one for different situations. Is it right to limit how many you can buy in a certain time period? What if I found a great deal right after I used my alottment? why shouldn't I be able to buy one or two more?

Well, I guess you can buy as many as you want. The question should be how many do you need? Even if you bought one for every situation sooner or later you will have all you need. Anything more is not need, it's just all about a man and his toys. Once you have reached your allotment and you still want more you could consider selling one before you could buy another one. But I'd bet that's not what you'd want to do either ;) Sometimes even a great deal should be passed over.
