What if we eat too much tamarind

Whenever I think of tamarind my mouth starts watering .That too salted and spiced one .Tamarind is too much acidic .we in India daily use it in our curries .What if we eat raw tamarind or other blended type too much.Has it any effect

Me I eat tamarind by itself..I dip it on salt and I eat it..its very sour! I love sour food.we also add sampaloc in our sour dish we call "Sinigang"

hi, i think, its not good to eat many tamarind if you have Urinary tract infection, and not good also to anemic person because it will reduce a little bit of your red blood cells.

I love Tamarind. I am Mexican and we eat it once in a while. I don't think it can cause much damage other than making your stomach maybe upset once in a while. I used to eat alot of tamarind when I was young but no damage.

Hi, I read somewhere that sesame oil neutralizes the side effects of eating too much tamarind. I did not know that there are so many health benefits of eating tamarind, maybe I should start incorporating it into my diet.
