Why I can not leave the milk?

At the age of the children, I do not like drinking milk, after a little older, I began to dare to consume slimming milk, I thought a bit embarrassed because I was a little bit fat. Once I like / fit with the milk, I began to dare to try to milk the other (other brands) are not as slimming. until now I still like to drink, and if I do not drink / late, my body felt weak, sluggish, etc.. There is a close friend who told me because I'm consumed heavily sweetened condensed milk to make my skin as white as milk. what's right, drinking milk can affect skin color? Or she was joking. how can I forget the milk?

Drinking milk and skin so white, that's a myth, because the white color of milk is not because there is a white pigment or whatever, and if any, is also not possible. correct, the nutrients in milk make your overall health is increasing, including the health of your skin so your skin like milk more and more bright, not dull, not rude ... hehehehe ...

Highly doubt there's any science behind it turning your skin like that... the sugar in milk might make you break out, but the fat in it is probably good for your skin and will make it softer. I stopped drinking milk a while ago because of the things I'd read about it. I read "Skinny B*tch" and it talked about how milk is fed to babies because babies need to grow. And milk, being full of fat and protein, does exactly that. Makes you grow. So, that's why you're weaned off of it when you get older. I went on the "Skinny B*tch" diet for a while, but I love cereal too much to give up milk, so I drank a lot of Silk Soy milk. If you want that milk consistency with a much healthier taste, soy is the way to go. Plus, it comes in some AWESOME flavors. My favorites are the vanilla and almond flavors. Vanilla tastes like a milkshake.

What do you mean by, 'slimming milk', is that the skimmed milk with no fat? Your friend is joking, milk drinking will not make your skin as white as milk, but some say, bathing in milk helps, am not sure lol I can't try, i can't afford it.. Thank you so much for sharing. There was no relationship between whites by drinking milk. African people drink gallons of milk are also not going to be white. Problem lackluster for not drinking milk was also a suggestion only. Milk does contain many nutrients but not only the nutrients in milk. As long as you get enough food intake,not drinking milk will not become limp. milk contain much calcium either drunk by adult women to prevent osteoporosis future. If you want to keep drinking milk but do not want to drink milk fat of low fat or no fat.

Drinking milk if it is non-fat will not make you fat. Milk is so nutritious, that's why when you are used to drinking it then you suddenly don't drink anymore, you will feel weakness. You have to substitute another type of food ( if you don't like to drink milk anymore ) that will compensate for the nutrients it's supposed to give. No, drinking milk will not affect your skin tone.

hi, i love to drink milk,in the morning and evening, its helpful because it can clean your stomach, and aside from that it will help your bones to be strong, drinking milk cant affect your skin,so if you want to make your skin like a milk, try to apply condensed milk direct to your skin.

there is no reason for you to stop drinking milk... milk is very good for your health and it is the source of calcium and all sort of vitamins... even old people still need it... have you ever thought how a baby can grow just by drinking milk alone??? so you can imagine how good milk is for the body and it is a good habit to drink milk... as for the connection between drinking milk and skin colour, i don't think there is any... take care and have a nice day...

OMG!!! you cant believe how much I like to drink milk. I go to office each day and every hour I use drink a cup of milk. EVen my collegues used to tell me...sometimes make fun that I am drinking milk but I never cared them. Dont know why but I think I like the taste and the smelll very much. Without having it, I think I will die. Even I like milk powder. I used to eat solely the powder. And yes...it effects the skin color. As I am indian, my skin color is not pinkish. But this many years, it has changed to wheatish type. And the good thing is - it helps to make my skin glowing, very soft.

I am not sure if drinking excess milk can change the color of your skin,if you really want to change the look of your skin,i think the best is to use cream but unfortunately i cant even recommmend any of such. My advice is that you consider the side effect of drinking milk in execess as this can damage your body system i reckon.So in all you do or eat,take it moderately.
