Most of Christians are believe in the Holy Trinity. Some how rather in explaining them to others is quite tricky. For those who are non Christians will take this issue as a strong point to attack our faith. I myself have experienced this. Thank God, even though I am not a pious man but I am able to tell a little bit about Trinity. I love to use the H2O concept but again I always stress to them that I actually do not want to make God as par as water etc because God is above his all creation. How do you explain the trinity concept to those who are constantly seeking for knowledge?

Greetings, I see that you are seeking for some knowledge and understanding regarding the Holy Trinity.I hope what I'm about to share with you will hopefully shed some greater light about the Holy Trinity. What was explained to me was very simple for me to understand about the Holy Trinity. Are you aware that each and everyone of us born into this world has 3 parts? This is how it was explained to me, our bodies are made up of 3 parts;soul, spirit and body. When God made Adam and Eve, this was the order that God started out for human kind. I believe by one acknowledging this concept of how we were made, when God said, "let us make man in our own image", it should help us to understand ourselves that God gave us 3 parts because he has 3 parts. Surely we are not walking around seperately, we have one body as God is one God. Jesus, the Son of God, is indeed the word and our soul will not survive without Him. The Holy Spirit is also essential to our bodies as well as He is part of the Holy Trinity. However, we walk around with one body with 3 parts as God is made up of 3 persons as well. After all it makes better since because God is who made us so why not explain the Holy Trinity by explaining our 3 parts in one? I hope I have shed some light to your question about the Holy Trinity. Have a blessed day.

Trinity is not a simple and easy concept or things to learn and understand. And sometimes it is annoying for me when someone ask me about trinity and make them understand in something like 5-15 minutes explaination. But to make it simple, it is like our body. Our body cannot work with 1 unit only. there is a lot of unit working together for the whole body to work. Our Father is like our brain. HE plan everything and things are HIS ideas. God OF Son is our mouth. and in John Chapter 1, it is written that HE is the word and he was with the Father from the beginning before the things were made. HE came down to earth as Jesus Christ to preach the word of the GOD. Holy Spirit is like our hands and legs which move whenever the brain instructed it to move. Holy Spirit make all things happen. All the miracles are done by the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit move us to speak the word of GOD. If you are a Catholic, you just read Nicene Creed. It is all about Trinity. There a lot more about Trinity but it would take ages to really explain it in details.

Hi Yogesh, I am proud to hear that you read your bible. Frankly speaking, I am a person who a little bit lazy to read bible. I just hope that one day I can be like you. Well, Trinity for me is just like using multiplication formula : 1 x 1 x 1 = 1. It is just a way for my mind to visualize it. But again, God is not something that we can equate with anthing in the world. Trinity is about faith. I feel it in my prayers etc and when you belief I feel that I really feel the present of the Holy Trinity. How about you Yogesh?

Holy Trinity is the union of the Father and Son and Holy Ghost in single Godhead. We say God created everything, but created God. God caused self to create self with self. In this one sentence is hidden the meaning of Trinity. The concept of three Gods in one is not limited to Christianity. Even in Hinduism they believe that there is Brahman, the Generator; Vishnu the organizer and Mahesh the Destroyer. Combine the first alphabet of these three words Generator, Organizer and Destroyer and they together form one word God. It means God has three roles to perform. It must generate, then whatever it generates it must organize it and then whatever cannot be organized must be destroyed. After God created this world the last thing it did was to cause self to create self with self. He created Adam in his own image. This Adam was the generator of the entire human race. Adam generated for one whole age and at the end of it the finest extract of the entire generation came into being as Jesus. God had breathed into Adam's nostrils the breath of life. That breath of life was God's own essence the spirit. It is written that Adam became a living soul. After the soul had served its purpose of populating the earth, it must go and conjoin again with God as spirit. The entire generation's soul, which had fermented for one full age had boiled in body of Christ in Passion and it had changed into Holy Spirit. Thus, it had completed the whole cycle and three God's had merged into one God after passage of one full generation. This cycle is repeated in every age and this is how God is being created and recreated generation after generation.
