Wipe Out is back in a Winter version and a woman won the first episode. I like it when a woman wins because so many of the obstacles give an advantage to men because of height or something. I still don't understand how. on this version or the regular version, that some people don't get seriously injured. They go flying all around and crashing head first into things and get bent in all kinds of direction. But in all the times I have seen the show, I can only remember there being one injuring that caused someone to drop out and it wasn't too serious.

I absolutely love this show. The ski lift part was really interesting. I really felt that the advantage would go to the men on that one because of the better upper body strength. I did not get to see the final round, due to trying to put my two year old to bed. i am going to have to look up clips to see what it was like. Apparently, my brother was laughing so hard at my cousins house he started to cry.

This show is so funny and i find myself watching it when its on. I did watch last nights episode and saw the girl that did win. It was a close call between some of the girls and saw that the guy had 11 minutes or so and then the girl came in at 6 minutes and some off seconds and they didnt think that she was going to beat his 11 minutes but she had him beat by the time she was launched into the water. Well the whole show and game is a great show to watch and enjoy.

My husband likes it. I did not see anything great about it. It is nice when a woman wins.

The thing I like is that it makes me laugh harder than any sitcom currently on TV. For that matter, any movie I've seen in the last couple of years.

I did watch it and was glad to see a woman win the money. Its not often we see woman do well and this time several really looked like they could get the money. I have been watching since the beginning and its now right before CSI perfect for me just a quick channel change.

The idea of Winter Wipeout interests me. I live in Canada, so I think it would be great. We don't watch it much anymore. When it first came on, we watched it all the time and thought it was sooo funny.

LOL, I know what you mean. The way those contestants' bodies twist and bend and contort you would think someone's bones or muscles will be badly bruised or broken. I always cringe when I see someone jump for an obstacle and end up face plant into it instead. LOL.

I LOVED it! It was a great episode. I thought the stunts this time were a lot harder too. But way more fun to watch! Every time they got whacked at "Nans's House", I kept wondering how someone didn't break their neck. But like you, I only remember one time where a contestant was injured enough to have to decline moving forward. And like you said, it wasn't serious. I looked at the ratings, and it gave ABC the best ratings in that timeslot it had had all fall season.
