How can a woman lose weight ???

I have a girlfriend who is a little fat and wants to lose weight. I really want to help her but I have no idea what to tell her. Please suggest me some ways to lose weight easily and fast. She tried skipping meals. It worked but not efficiently. She gets hungry soon. I would also like to know some food supplement that can keep us from hunger.

She shouldn't be skipping meals as that will eventually reduce her metabolism and make her gain weight instead. Instead of skipping meals, she should eat smaller portions and fruits or snacks in between meals. She should also do some exercise everyday for an hour or so. Anything that makes her sweat is ok, even cleaning the house. Also, drink lots of water. I have tried to lose weight too, and that is not necessarily the fastest way to do so, but she will get used to eating less, and she will develop a good exercise routine. Also, this way, she'll have less chances of gaining weight again in the future, not only because she gets used to this new style of eating, but because her metabolism will be working much better. :] You could go walking everyday with her to support her and have a nice time too. Skipping meals is not good. It is better to munch on small portions of healthy food like vegetables, fruit, and whole grain bread all day long. (not too much bread though) Hunger leads to overeating. Staying full by eating lots of vegetables will really work, and will be healthy instead of dangerous.

hi Itulung, Can i ask you uuhhmm.....when you courted her is she already little fat? Skipping meals well i don't think it will be good for her maybe she need to reduce eating junk foods and food that contained lot of carbohydrates she can also visit a gym? happy posting

Skipping meals can actually make a person gain weight. It is because the body will anticipate that it will be starved and, in response, stores more fat to make up for it. I suggest more exercise. I prefer yoga. Maybe she will like it. Meditation can also be used to aid in the effort of weight loss. Meditation relieves stress. Stress is a contributor to weight gain for a few reasons. The body associates chronic stress with famine, so just as in the case with skipping meals, the body stores more fat. Also, people tend to eat more, especially junk food, when they are stressed.
