There are many kinds of fruit in this world. Every fruit has its own test. Some fruit are sweet, some are sour. Among the sweet fruit I like to eat Mango, Banana, Jack fruit, Water melon, Lichi, Grape, Roseberry etc. It is wonderful to think that every sweet fruit is sweet but their sweetness is totally different form other. Among the sour fruit I like to eat Apple, Orange, Berry, Pine apple etc. Every fruit are very essential for our body because we get different types of Vitamin from the fresh fruit. Fruit are easily digestive. Some people said if we take fruit after lunch it is better for our health. So always try to eat fruit and enjoy the test.

fruits are definitely good source of minerals and vitamins. eating these can boost your immune system instantly. fruits can satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst. also fruits serves as our guardian angle particularly to all busy folks who have no time to eat their breakfast. you can eat them on the go as they are handy.

I love fruits, specially when i'm dieting. :p They can also help increase our metabolism, improve our digestion. Have great fibers and are filled with all kind of vitamins and minerals. My favorites are Banana, Apple, Sapota, Grapes and strawberry.
