How do you like it?

I was watching Bacon Paradise on the travel channel yesterday and they had all these different ways bacon was used. First of all the strangest I thought was serving bacon in a mixed drink. Most of the drinks they served had a stiff hard piece of bacon. The one I wouldn't mind trying was a piece of bacon covered in chocolate at a candy store. I know it sounds wierd but it looked good. A piece of salty bacon in this sweet coating of chocolate. Do you have a different way of eating your bacon?

I'm just about to try making my own bacon vodka! Here's the directions: http://www.ehow.com/how_4724179_make-bacon-vodka.html. I can't wait to try this with those new bleu-cheese-stuffed olives in a martini. Yum!

I've been on a bacon craze lately. I just love the taste of bacon. I can snack on it all day...

I usually just eat bacon by itself or in a sandwich. Although sometimes I like to put it in macaroni and cheese and I like to make different casseroles and things like that. I have never heard of it being served in a drink or covered in chocolate. Both of those just sound nasty, especially the drink. I think I would try the chocolate, but I don't think I would like it.

I couldn't imagine the drink either but everyone in the restaurant said it was excellent. The bacond with chocolate looked ok, even my husband who is kind of picky said he'd try it. I did the macaroni with bacon this last year and it was great. Those that didn't like macaroni at least tried it because of the bacon.

Fried bacon strips that are extra crispy would be perfect on my plate. some people microwave their bacon, but i still like to cook mine in the traditional way.
