Health is most important factor in our life. We should always try to keep our health condition good. I always try to do skipping, running, playing, swimming to keep my health intact. With physical exercise I also take diet food for my health. I always try to drinks one or two cup of fruit juice every day. I like to take sugar cane juice to keep my lever function normal. If we not able to keep our health we will loose all the interest of this world. Smiling is one of the good events in our like if we always keep us happy I think we will avoid many disease like diabetics, indigestion etc.

I enjoy exercising too, my favorite form of exercising is either walking or running. It's a hard to run right now, because of the snow and ice build up on the roads. I would like to get a new pair of running shoes this year..I drink orange juice, because it's the only juice that I like. Oranges are good too, but I prefer the juice...like minute maid lite with 50% less sugar. I eat a lot of cinnamon to keep diabetes at bay.
