Weight loss.

I think all the man and woman are very concuss about their body weight. I also very concuss about my body weight. I always try to keep my body weight normal. We can see that excessive body weight is not good for our health and some it becomes dangerous. I always try to avoid fatty food like Ice cream, Meat, etc. Our excessive body weight can block our valuable heart. It increase our blood pressure. We can not work properly with excessive body weight. Now a craze is seen among all the people to keep them slim. It is a very good for our health.

Hi Buli23! I agree with you that being overweight poses a greater risk for cardiovascular diseases. We can limit our intake of foods high in fat and cholesterol. We can also try yo exercise regularly and live a stress free life. Thanks for this discussion.
