Does a wife have contributed to making her husband's corruption?

First of all let discussion to government officials in corruption wetlands such as taxes, police, customs, immigration, civil servants, etc.. who engage in corruption / collusion / bribery / nepotism.
granted a wife would know how much salary her husband, and if there is income 'additional' outside salary .. can buy the latest luxury cars, have plenty of time, luxury homes ... a wife must be good at math ..
I just assumed .. a wife would know if her husband's corruption, or accept bribes ...
good wife should support her husband? or it could be a nag of a wife who has become a reason for her husband's corruption ...
(sorry for the women ..)
if then the husband 'seized Wet' hit legal case, the wife looks 'pretending not to know' with the crimes of her husband, looking sad in front of TV cameras to accompany her husband court cases ... Nice acting ... most of the time watching soap operas ...

Not always the case. I would say not always because that always the case, how bad every wife that. Corruption depends on the opportunity and did it alone any "type" wife.

i definitely agree on that,
sometimes wife's can trigger and drive their husband to do something,
and even corruption too.
their wife has a big role in their life.
what ever it is, bad or good.

Dependent. it's only hypothetical. so it should be contrived research with control variables that can measure whether the wife knew or not.
Just because her husband had more income can not be an assumption that the wife knows her husband's corruption. wives are often not involved at all, and should not interfere in the affairs of their husbands. could be a wife does not know if her husband's corruption.
