What's your take? On the one single strategy to use for realestate investing.

The one best single strategy I have come across, is what I would call the network strategy of realestate investing. This basically puts you in a position of being like a project manager by surrounding yourself into what I call the L.O.O.P concept. "Leveraging Off Other People". That mainly means leveraging your time, OPM (Other People's Money) and efforts off of other experts in various aspects of realestate investing. By doing this, you do not have to know everything about realestate investing to get off to a quick jump-start. Once this concept is fully utilized you will never be short of cash to fund those quick turn-over properties for maximum profit.
