Chitika Ads

Hi friends,
Can I add chitika ads to my blogger blog. I have Adsense ads there, so is that allowed by Google. I know that chitika pays only when the ads are searched. Secondly, does chitika pay for pageviews or only clicks? Whats the minimum payout?
