Please tell me "Form filling jobs are real or scam"?

when i search net for online jobs, i see so many websites which provide you online form filling jobs after a small payment. They promise this opportunity is life time once you paid fees. they also give us demo of form which generally includes ad title description and link. for this small entry they will pay us 1 - 10$.
I think this may be scam, i am confused. so please guide me.

I think form filling jobs now can be automated? Well unless the raw data is not in an organized form, that could be a handful of troublesome work. Could be a nice idea to hire people from the internet to do that for them.
To the terms of paying a small fee to get paid, well maybe the fee is implemented to encourage and get loyal participation instead of tag and go.
So there might be truth behind the platform, there might be fraud. What I can recommend you to do is, use mylot search to find out related reviews, and scam reports. You might be lucky if the site is old enough to have reviews from other users. Or check the site forum is there is any.
Else, guess you will just have to wait until there is a good review on the website.
