Dog after all is not a man best friend.

I read from the newspaper today stated that a man had been attacked by a dog. He was succumbed to his death. It was said that the dog is actually a tame dog. Even the owner of the dog couldn't believe that the dog can became so ferocious. I am a bit worry of having a dog as my pet now. Luckily the partner of the man is not going to press charges to the owner of the dog. What is your opinion on this matter?

You cannot blame the dog unless you know all the circumstances.
You didn't say anything about it. Was the dog provoked? He attacked that man without any reason? Didn't the dog show any warnings before the attack?
I think the only person who must be blamed is the dog's owner. He is the one who should make sure the dog do no harm to anybody.

Hi agree with Octav1. I believe that something had to happen in order for him to attack this person. A dog can sense when someone is doing something wrong or is frightened and they dont know how to react to that. It is true that a dog is not human however if we raise our dogs right with obidence and loving then nothing should go wrong unless this dog was provect. As a master you also have to have a handle on your pet when you go out or in your own house. After all you are the master and they listen to you.

Hi, Dog, when compared to human being are most faithful than human themselves. Undoubtedly They are just beat and can not be 100% sure of its action, still more or less this is the only creature that would not let his master down.
People living alone often are seen keeping a dog for they can give you signal of different sounds and possible danger. If it were not of such nature why would people keep dogs as pets?

Dogs don't think the way as humans do. They will do whatever enters their minds. But then, a dog will not do anything if it knows what will be the consequence. Maybe something that the dog fears happened. It might got hurt when the owner is patting its fur or the like. Even though an animal did something bad, we cannot still blame it because it doesn't know what it is doing. It is like a baby that needs care and attention every time.

its possible that this man did something to the dog to make him behave that way..... or maybe the dog had rabies or something. It's really sad though
