PAYPAL!! Restricted Accounts!!

has anyone here had a bad experience with paypal such as unnecessary restrictions of accounts, resulting in them keeping your money ??

No, I have been with them for awhile and have had nothing like this happen. I hope that it never does either.

after being with paypal for like 3 yrs i had not 1 not 2 but 3 accts restricted!! they have over 100 bucks of my money that they will never release- i still use them though, i have to with ebay

Who's watching YOU??? - Who's watching YOU???
I have heard of it, but never had this experience. I have run $14,000 thru my paypal in a single day without any problems. As long as you abide by their rules, no problems. What are you intending to use it for?
