When do you like to work out?

I usually work out in the morning, before work and before I eat anything. They say that if you work out before you eat in the morning, this is when your blood sugar is the lowest, and so your body will burn more fat for the energy you need for your workout, because it doesn't have sugar to pull out of the blood.
