I am planning in buying a Sauna Belt. When I Googled it I didn't get much positive reviews..Mylot is the best place to get real users reviews so I am posting my question here. If any of u have used the Sauna belt and had positive/negative results please share with me about your experience...

Sauna belt will encourage dissolution of fats and remove excess water but it will not be as effective as what the commercial implies. Instead of investing money on sauna belts losing weight by natural means is better. I find no reason why one could not lose weight by watching his diet and daily exercise. Self discipline is the only key to attain weight loss.

I am on a balanced diet.. The main problem I have is, my right side of my body is fatter than the left side.. You cannot see the difference on my body, but only on my hand.. Mum can notice that my right hand is fatter that my left had.. Actually noticeable on my arms area and I to feel the stiffness when I wear tight clothes.. Anyways thanks for ur suggestions. I will not buy the Sauna belt

Its such a waste of money. if u want loose ur weight or ur belly, better try some trainers! like cross trainer, thread mill, it will keep u fit. warning, if u over do any exercise in any trainers, it will lead top other injuries! if u really wanna sauna belt try opting china sauna belt which will be available at 300 RS or something! to burn fat exercise is the better way!

Hi there, If you have lots of money spend do that in the form of charity but not buying a sauna belt. Two of my colleagues had bought one each, They started practicing on it months passed off but there was no result. They said me that it hardly makes difference when you are putting that belt. I too had a plan to buy one but thought it would be rather better to walk fast in the morning and evening.

I have seen those sauna belts on tv before. I also wondered if they work or not. I makes sense that it would though. I'd try it if the price was right.
