How long dou you sleep everyday?

How many hours of sleep are enough?It is researched in USA that it should be 7 hours. Greetings! Thanks for sharing that. I feel sad. I only sleep a few hours. I think I sleep 4 hours at night and 4 hours in the morning. It doesn't feel good to sleep like this. I want to sleep 8 hours continuously but I can't because I have a lot of things to do and that makes me so haggard every morning I wake up. Then If I have time in the morning or afternoon, I sleep for four hours so that at least I wouldn't be that anemic. Oh my God, that could be the reason why sometimes I feel a bit pain in my heart and its a bit hard to breath. I need to sleep eight hours so that I'll be healthy. I just feel worried for myself because I'll be having a job. It could be at night while at the same time, I'm studying. Wow! I need a lot of hours to sleep during weekends! I need to sleep the whole day at Saturdays and Sundays and no waking up. I'll wake up on Monday. HAHA! just kidding. Thanks for sharing again! Happy mylotting!
