Since I'm so fond of watching videos in YouTube, I tend to read thousands of comments from different people most especially from the Filipinos. Some were made by sophisticated individuals but some were (I think) educated ones also but not acting as one. I wonder what kind of people are they in personal life. Do you have a YouTube account? Are you an active user? Do you think some people there were just portraying to be somebody whom they're not?

Actually I agree with you but I got the point of our friend about youtube that most people youtube video are using in some bad purposes and intentions, like sending link or video to a friend young age. Or taking private video and posted to youtube that kind of abuse I think... see you around

SIMPLYD: Yeah they're very courageous. I wonder why the fans are fighting for their idols when in fact their idols were just performing. They're not fighting against other artists - unless for some. visavis: I think they have so many problems that's why their means of letting all the problems out is through posting scandalous stuffs in YouTube that will be viewed all over the globe.

You are both right. As to those fans , they seemed to be obsessed with their idol. As to others, yes Visavis, it their way of venting out all their problems or maybe they just need attention which they do no get, or simple . . . they are a bit crazy already. LOL

Yes there are so many pretenders at Youtube but that does not really matter to me. Nevertheless, I could not really swallow some comments made by fellow Filipinos and even written in Tagalog. My goodness!!! Some are really reflection of their dirty persons.

Some were even in Visayan. People really do certain stuffs that made others think that they're animals.

I think people pretend to be somebody they are really not. But in reality they are the same person so it don't make them anymore usefull of not usefull then they really are. So that is why many people think that their life suck but in reality no life trully sucks it is just different. Their is more similarity in one life and the other than you think.

Maybe. But I'm still wondering why they should pretend.

You can never say if they are really portraying somebody they are not because you never meet the person who made the comment. I think everybody has a right to an opinion. I don't know if there is somebody in YouTube that facilitates the flow of comments and deletes the one that are destructive.

I also have a Youtube account.. And I watch many videos daily, and it does seem alarming what some people post there...not just Filipinos though. Even others argue over a video or movie.

I don't want to be so mean but some Filipinos are turning to be so liberated. They feel like they own the world. But not all of them are Filipinos - some were even from the Western countries and other parts of the world.

Thanks for agreeing hushi22... I think the effect of social networking sites to people are severe. It's good that we have those sites but people doesn't know how to use it wisely.

I don't have a youtube account but my fiancee does and we share it (actually I'm the active user) I don't really care much about people who posts abusive and alarming videos there since they get deleted anyway, and I don't watch them either...but I do find some users rather pitiful basing on the comments they give to the videos, for if you don't like something your free to express it but then must you trash and use demeaning words??, I would not presume to judge and say that those people are just portraying someone they really are not, for I am who I am in the internet and in person, maybe they are what they portray???

I guess so... But I do hope that some of those mean in YouTube aren't that mean in person. I wonder how they got the guts to act unsophisticated online.

I don't pay much attention on the comments especially those ones which are nothing but trash. Youtube is supposed to be fun but others display their arrogance and uncivilized attitude just to grab attention. Anyway that's really happening even in the real world it's just too bad that Youtube did't imposed restriction to moderate their comments.

Yah...That's my concern also with YouTube. Maybe they were just too focus into mandating rules that are for videos only. They didn't prioritize the malicious feedback that people may post.
