Run in the morning ,really happy!

Every morning I go to a nearby park for long-distance running,has been insisting on for two months.Because running,my body grow stronger and stronger,more and more to feel good.Dear friends,you have the habit of running it?

Hi don88, I also have a habit of running and jogging everyday. Our place is quite mountainous that is why I am jogging on an ascending road. In just a week, I felt that my heart became tougher and stronger. Not like before, I'll just run for about 20 meters, I'll be almost out of breath. This made me a guard in our amateur basketball team. We are just playing on streets. I am no longer a substitute. Jogging in the morning also made my leg muscles bigger. Now that I could run faster and stronger, I feel like I gained my victory.

Yes,jogging very effective.This is a good aerobic exercise,our heart function,cardiovascular function have a great advantage.Long-term adherence,our body gets stronger and our will will be stronger.Bless you!

I used to jog in the park,but never did long distance running.Not only as you say do we get stronger.We improve our stamina.The day starts well and with energy and enthusiasm.I do the treadmill every morning and i feel energetic later.
