I have a big tummy

I have a big tummy and i dont know how to loosen it.I've tried to do sit ups but that doesnt work for me.Can you suggest an effective way mylot users how to loosen it?Thanks.

You probably do your situps wrong. Put your hands on your chest and look backward as far as you can. Stay in the upright position before you end the situps for longer time than just going up and down all the time. Try to stay in this position as long as you can. And try drink alot to break a sweat and digest some ginger to higthen your metabolism.

Thanks for the advice.Ginger?What's the content of the ginger that hightens the metabolism?Because as far as I know chewing a ginger would help to give you a good voice thats all I know but I'll go ahead and browse that on the net

You might as well use the method of massage.Two palms rub to warm then overlapping two palms rub the belly around the navel ,clockwise and counter-clockwise in turn,until the belly become warm.Twice a day.You must persevere meanwhile you cann't eat midnight snack as far as possible.

You can try buying some abs exercises for videos. I have one and its really fun. You can also try buying some sauna bath for home. I did buy one last time & I`m currently using it to loss weight.

hi there friend. doing sit ups alone cannot help burn all the excess fats. you have to work all your body out. and follow a strict diet. avoid eating too much carbohydrates like rice, you can eat mashed potato instead. but remember not to excessively because it would produce the same results (make your tummy larger). it's better to eat lean meat of chicken than pork or beef. include salads and fruits to your diet. drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. exercise regularly and if you regularly drink coffee, it'd best to drink it without milk and sugar or make it less. see you around!

hello, That is also one of my problem even I dont have kids. I also do a sit up every morning but I think it doesn't work at all. Sorry I can't suggest you anything because it is also my problem. maybe there is someone here who can help us. good luck to us.

try using hoola hoops.. you know that round, circle thing that the gymnasts use, circling around their waist, necks, and arms, even on legs.
