All depends alot dude. But my advice to you is buying each pieace from internet because you can choose the best and for a lower price than the computer shopping. Search on the internet the cheapest marks and you will see that you can get a bomb pc with a lower price than a computer bought from shopping and complete. I could not say which one is the best laptop. Yes, of course, there are many different brands. The one I have been using for quite some time now is the Toshiba satellite. Very convenient, very light, comfortable size. I have been taking it along whenever I travel, in my own country, and to countries abroad. I like it very much.
