How do I play PS2 games without moded chip and via usb?

Please help me with that i have a friend of mine that gived me a file with like 50 playstation 2 games and i dont how to play with them and my computer cant run them on the emulator. Please help me telling me what should I do step-by-step and specifit please because i get a little confused when all the steps are not specific and well explainned.
