Rope skipping is a good aerobic remote,very helpful to our bodies ,friends,do you like skipping it?

I like it, but I don't own a skipping rope at the moment, so I don't do it too often...

Ah,actually skip both can reduce weight,it is more important to fitness.If jump time is long,you will find that your body's muscles stronger.We also more spirit.Wishing you every day happy!
