When do you usually go to sleep? What will you do before you do that?

I like listening to the music and reading some books, because it can make me feel relaxed and free.So,when i go to sleep again ,it will become easier ,i can fall asleep very soon!! What about you ?

I usually read some book or listen to the soft music to get the rhythm and prepare myself to sleep. At times it so happens that i even don't off the music and will be slept. Sometimes it so happens that no matter what I do, i never get sleep. Well, i don't give up for sure. I'll have my academic books to help me out at these times. It takes me nothing ore than 5mins to sleep if I just open my academic books. They certainly help me a great deal to sleep! :D

Ah,ah, your academic books can help you ,but bow nothing can help me ,because i can't buy a train ticket now ,i can't go back to my hometown now !! My China spring festival!!!

hi, actually i can sleep easily when i drink a glass of milk, together with listening instrumental musics. my mind could really relax with those songs.

I would usually give myself a quiet moment's thought on the day's events, sometimes in the accompaniment of sweet soothing music before dozing off. When do I usually drift off to slumber? Almost all the time past midnight, due to research showing that late nighters show a higher degree of intelligence than those who sleep early. ^^
