Hello there, I need to make some quick cash, well actually about $100 of it as I would like to purchase the sendblaster with cost something like €85. That is why I would like to fund my paypal. What do you mean? You're unable to sign up? If it's giving you an IP error message. Turn your modem off and back on to get a new IP address. You may have a dynamic IP account.
