blogging helps to loose weight

I read an article that says blogging helps loose weight. I read that a lot of people are really loosing weight so I tried it. Its my second day so I can't really tell but it makes me feel good because I got to say what I really feel and I got to stick to my goals and plans.

interesting. I think if you intend to do something and stick to it, it will happen some things take time so don't let anything distract you from the plan I don't need to lose weight. I actually gained weight after 15 yrs being skinny lol I just let myself go at any food I have available and not picky

The only way blogging will help you loose weight is that you will be doing something other than eating or thinking about eating. It is distracting you from feeling hungry or thinking about food with the urge to get something to eat. IT keeps you busy so you don't think about food or being hungry or getting bored and wandering into the kitchen for a snack. Anything you do that is a distraction...will keep you from eating which will help you loose weight. Do you have a favorite craft? Get started working on it and you'll find you go for hours without being hungry or thinking of food and if you don't eat...you will loose weight. However...just cause you haven't eaten in a few hours while you did your craft...doesn't mean you go now and "eat for two meals". Keep the meals the same...don't "make up" for lunch today or eat more cause you think you are hungrier cause you didn't eat lunch.

As the above mylotter have said, i don't believe this arical. Yes, you may feel good by share your feeling and mind with friends by blogging. But staying on computer by no means does good to our health. Of course, maybe some people lose weight, but i think it is because they are so indulged in computer and forget to eat. Or they got too short time to sleep. No matter what is the case, this kind of losing weight is not good. By the way, why you want to lose weight? If you are not overweight too much, i think being healthy is much better than slim. And if you got a little more weight, then you can use the healthy way to keep in shape. I guess you are very young. When you enter into your middle age, you will got to know the importance of health. So i think you should cherish your health and don't believe those stupid articals.
