Do you use the friend finder tool in facebook?

Yes I usually used that to locate my classmate in college, high school and lost friends that I want to contact. Even I using it by searching my friends in the list of my friends. It is very useful and friendly use... see you around

Yes. I use it when I can.

I have tried using the friend finder tool on Facebook before but just once. I never tried again because I have friend requests everyday and they have tracked me even I am not using any tool but it is also a good tool for us to contact our long lost friends, relatives and colleagues. And I also have foreign friends on facebook which i never hesitated to accept their friend request because interacting to other people all over the world is a good experience and we learn a lot by sharing with each other culture, languages and hobbies. :)

At the very beginning I did a search on Facebook using my email address. Since then I didn't use the friend finder tool at all. I don't find that I need it. I'm not very obsessed with adding every single person I know. Just the people I'm interested in keeping in touch, really. I probably miss the whole point of having a Facebook...

I added many of mine on friend suggestion after friends suggested me to their friends, and friends suggestion showed faces of my old highschool friends.. Did not take long before I was at 200 friends within the first day of joining.. then the family found me then the wars started so mad a seperate account for friends and one for family took forever to relocate them, and well used friends suggestion and added so many in such a small time.. facebook will not let me add new friends unless they add me first.. Guess they can not fathom that I know so many people in real life, as well as online friends for years.. oh well :)

I check the friend finder tool once in awhile. It is good for catching friends that you might have missed or not known they had a facebook. The only thing I don't like is it adds people that I might only have 1 or 2 friends in common with but I have no idea who they are. For example, I have my 3 cousins in Georgia on my list. I get their friends as friend suggestions to me, but I have no idea who they are. I only add people I know.
