Why vote a for a person into office, when you really don't have a good prospect on either side, seriously if you're gonna leave it up to the american voter to decide well why the heck can't we vote for the ones to run in the first place, and why the heck don't we just have the computers do the work for us. Example: Judges i cant stand them, why don't we have a computer give the terms of a sentence based on the crime. That way there's no racial tension, no leeway, no fault to the government for wrongly punishment for a crime someone didn't commit. Seriously why waste good money for someones own personal opinion, its not like their God. Think about it people. yea we may need to pay people to decided if a person is guilty or not but after that let the computer decide the person punishment based on an overall rating and percentages on them likely doing it again, stuff like that. Think about it!

Well you actually can write in anybody you want to when you vote for the president. So if you could find a good like-able guy maybe you get enough people to vote for him to get noticed. But I also think that there is a difference between law and justice. I would agree that for a lot of crimes the sentence should be given according to the crime. But I think sometimes people get caught up in the wrong place, especially at a young age. I think the human aspect of judges is the only way to provide some kind of monitored leniency when it's the best solution.

Ok I didn't know that part about voting the person into office, and yes I totally agreed with you about having a judge for that purpose but that purpose only, and I still think they are well over paid for a simple decision a blind person can make. Lets vote for pay decreases in the political careers!!!! Everyone of them are over paid!

Yeah it's crazy how much is dumped into the government and even bureaucracy. In my home town the office building for the state workers who decide what the teachers should teach was bigger than the main school building! Those people get paid more than teachers too! I think we need to totally cut chunks out of the governments long line of bureaucracy and re-evaluate our budget. The government is the biggest employer in the country and they pay their employees with our money. The biggest problem with that is, unfortunately the government doesn't produce anything.
