Honey is good for the skin?

have you heard about this one? that honey is good for the skin, i mean if you will put honey on your skin while taking a bath and then leave it like 15 minutes because you will wash it out with water and the outcome is you have a very smooth skin. a friend of mine recommended honey if i want my skin like so smooth and shimmering like you put a moisturizer all over your body. i wanna try it honestly but i wanna hear you opinion also LOL so is it true?

lol =D Yes, i know honey can make our skin look red and radiant when it leave it on to sleep, and wake up with lots of ant bites!! lol =D Just kidding! I dunno how true is that, but u can try? After all, honey is not that expensive and when it comes to beauty methods, there are always extreme ways. so honey may be work after all.. lol =D But be sure to wash it really clean!! lol =D

yeah, it is good for the skin because it has anti-inflammatory effect and other agents that will make your skin soft and pampered.I heard it is also good for the hair.
