Face the mirror

Now that I think about it, most people really don't like to look in the mirror at there self unless they just beautiful. People like me stare only for the purpose intended for me to look in the mirror lol, like when I wake up in the morning I'll look in the mirror for a quick second just a glance, nothing seems different then the last time I looked so I hurry and dash out of it, if you ask me I hate looking in the mirror cause that scary person always shows up, so i wave and the person waves back, I speak and the person speaks back. I mean the scary person seems polite but it always copies me for some reason, it like to scared me to death every time. until one day I fount out that was me I was looking at. ewwww made me want to puke on myself. I have to remind myself before I take a look again, to calm that ugly down before I get up to the mirror whats wrong with me scaring me like that.

I don't look at mirror often, but that's not because I think I am ugly or scary. I am just a bit indifferent to my looks. When people admire my looks it makes me feel good. On the other hand, when someone speaks ill about my looks I try my best to be indifferent. I know that it's not about my looks. It's just that they are too lazy or dejected to reach beyond my looks. I can't blame them for that. Some people are impatient and they don't want to spend much time in digging inside people's mind. They just judge a person by his looks. I can't change that and I shouldn't even try to change that. What I am more interested in is to create a beautiful soul inside. I have seen faces that were beautiful and cruel at the same time. I have also seen faces that were ugly but inside those faces I discovered a warm and tender heart. All these observations compelled me to think that it's the personality that's more important than looks. The face misguides us more than helping us in judging the real person hiding behind it.

I can feel you on that, most people rather judge than find out things about you. The reason I think that is, because its quicker and easier to just walk by and judge rather than stop, bring up a convo, then judge. Understand that all people think they are right in their minds so what ever they assume about someone they usually will trust their judgement and be cool with it, like nothing ever happened and guess what you didn't even do anything to make them assume it. They just was to lazy to get to know a person.

I do look in the mirror. I am not exactly an attractive person to most. But I love myself enough to accept how I look. To myself no matter what I look beautiful. You have to learn to accept yourself for who you are. There is for sure people who think you are attractive. Those people that think that they look better than you may be good looking on the outside but really they are ugly on the inside.
