Citrus Lovers!

I abosoltuely love citrus! I have a passion for orange, lemon, and lime flavoured drinks, and treats! I am constantly trying new brands of oranges (e.g. blood cara cara etc). I'm searching for any good citrus recipes. What are your favourite citrus fruits or goodies? I currentlly found an amazing limade receipt that is to die for! Have you ever tried a homemade key lime pie with whip cream instead of egg yolks? It makes a much lighter dessert?
Are there any more citrus lovers out there? Does anyone else have any good citrus recipes?

i think there are some citrus fruits that you had missed, like the Calamondin (in my country its called Calamansi) Its a small lemon like fruit that is more sour than line. Its green in color, its used for juices and marinades. Another good one would be Tangerine, its much more sweeter than oranges.
Are you familiar with the citrus fruuit known as Uglifruit? its very popular int he carribean.
