water theraphy for losing weight

here are some my water theraphy I for many months that somehow effective to me please find below the steps for you to be aware: 1. wake up in the morning, drink 4-6 glasses of water at 160ml/each 2. brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. 3. after 45 minutes, you may eat and drink as normal 4. after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for two hours. you can try this at home if u wish to start geta in order to lose weight. Enjoy this new discoveries.

Thanks for the info about water therapy. A lot of my friends told me that water can be of big help in losing weight. But there are times that if I drink too much of water my acid would go up and I feel like vomiting. But surely I will try your tips.

The water is very important for our health just because our body is 70% water and every day we have to drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water. I have heard that the drinking much water is very healthy and it helps for loosing weight so I think this is very useful practice which I recommend to everyone.
