Are you using Mylot search bar? I've been using it 2 days ago and still using it right now. 've learned that I can use it at work since the nature of my job is to search products and see their specs (e.g. notebooks, desktop, hard drives, etc.). I also earn some rewards. The thing is I just got this pop up that mylot thinks I'm doing something illegal since I bet I'm using it more than normal. I'm using the mylot search bar now rather than using yahoo or google. Now, it seems like I'm blocked from using it. :( PS. Yeah, I do mylot while at work. :/

So far i have not used, but i am given to understand we will be paid for using it, because mylot pays for our efforts. nice discussion, thnxs for sharing kalyani

Ha ? Where is that here at Mylot? I am sorry if i sound so ignorant but i am not really that techie. Could you please help me how to use it and where is it here at Mylot? I would like to use it too rather than going to other search bar still, just to search for a word or two. As you can see somebody from Mylot taught me how to use my emoticons and see, i can now use it. Thanks to her .

So that was it. It was always at the center all along, yet i wasn't able to notice it because i was always all agog in seeing the news, blogs, discussions. From now on, i will use it to search for some important things. Thank you so much.

Hahaha! Mylot probably thought you are taking advantage of the reward for using the search bar and is an abuse for the site because you use it in a unusual manner. Well, perhaps you can contact the admin for that and explain to them.

My understanding is that when you over use the system spews out a message that suspicious activity is detected. From what I understand most when they get this message basically wait an hour I believe and it will allow you to continue to use it with no problems. Don't quote me on the hour as I also read someone else saying it was two hours.

Hi Hardworkinggurl! I see so that's how it is. I made several searches just for one product, it could be by part number if I don't see any result I would go for the model number of the product and so on until I get a best result. Thanks so much for the response!

contact mylot support! anyways, there are bots that perform random mylot searches just like swagbucks. i find the mylot search bar is pretty useless to me as i like to participate in discussions. really, contact support. mylot is simply trying to prevent scammers and frauds. if you are honestly using the search bar manually and using it without any cheating, mylot should lift your ban.

Hi MisterTickle! You have a point. I've contacted the support team already and ask about this case. I just don't want to be banned suddenly because of that wherein I'm honestly searching it manually. Also, I've been answering discussions too while working. It seems like I'm spending 12hrs here in mylot because whenever I go home I also log in here and do respond to discussions. I would have to wait for their response to my query. :/

I do use the search bar but not that often only when I need to search something and I have time to use my lot. I have not earned a reward yet but I am hoping to get one very soon :D. it sucks that you got blocked but I think you should contact them and tell them that you have to and you are not doing anything illegal and you have to give them proof so... I find it good that you mylot at work you can make money while you make money! I am only in middle school so I just do this after I am done doing my homework and watching TV or something.

Hi Nemaat! Yeah, I just did contact them. I find the search bar useful for my work and earn at the same time. :) However, now it is not working right for me. I have to be very careful to avoid being banned from this site. :/

I do use myLot search engine once in a while. It works very well. The findings are quite impressive. I don't have any problem at all. I am not quite sure why you get blocked from using it. You might want to ask myLot management about it, and if there is any specific reason why one can get blocked.
