Is there a diet scientifically proven to be true and taking down the 40 kg

i notice finally that i have to loss some kgs :) my back start to hart me and have headeach somethime and get tired so fast when i run and become swit very fast Is there a diet scientifically proven to be true and taking down the 40 kg ? i wish there is one with link to see or maybe i will get die soon :)

I also want to lose weight. I tried running, still trying. Seems like I walk (or pant) more than I run. After running, I'd be hungry and eat lots. I tried to stay on a diet, but I'd get hungry and binge. Anyway, I was just thinking about an easier way to lose weight and definitely less painful. I was reading a lot about eating for my blood type and there is actually a list of slimming food based on your blood type. Thus, you can eat these food and feel less hungry (curbs your appetite) or the food will burn off fat in your body. Read this article. In order to successfully loose weight and keep off for good, one must enter into a life changing eating habit. Which also include diet and exercise as their really is no way to finally loose weight and keep it off. Start slow by modifying instead of actual dieting and work you way down to cutting out high calories and high trans foods. Hello hun, you do great job with your running. I admire you because i had to start doing some exercises but still can't start from months now. I have to loose something like 10 kilograms, which is not too much and for now i'm calm, but if i stay the situation like that, it will be worst and worst soon. I think that you can do really great job with separate eating. That's what i've tried and the effect is amazing. Just some food doesn't have to be mixed with some others like potatoes and meat, milk products and meat. You need more vegetables and fruits. What i did before is to mix some vegetable with milk product like cheese or yellow cheese, or to mix vegetable with meat and black bread included, but little amount. I believe that you can find great examples for lowing your weight. Just you have to know that the result doesn't come so fast, if it comes fast, it won't stay long. Remember, if you loose weight too fast, your body will make hyper assimilation of the present foods you eat and their calories, because it needs energy and the effect will be - as fast as you lost weight, so fast you will turn it back to your body, even if you eat less than before. Drink natural vitamins like orange juices and other fruit fresh, that will give you power and energy, will keep you fresh. And vegetables of course will make their best for you. Good luck.
