How fast people can change? Ever heard of the effects iceberg?, Effects of regular iceberg analogy to the Subconscious Mind (Subconscious Mind) and the Conscious Mind (Conscious mind), where the ratio is around 8:2 ratio What is called the subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is your mind of everyday life, in short, "thinking without thinking", that is commonly expressed to explain what it is the subconscious mind. A simple example in driving a car, when you learn at that moment that responds to your conscious mind, where your speed and coordination are at a fairly low level. When you successfully used to the pattern LEARNING driving, then you get to the stage KOMEPETENSI unconscious, where speed and coordination can be said to achieve the ideal level. Another simple example is the ability to tie your shoelaces and on the formation process your signature. In this life there are environmental and family factors that influence your subconscious mind is SIGNIFICANT. Obviously because you live with them in time and intense attachment. Not a problem if what is inherited and the family environment can empower your life so much more enjoyable and easier to live. If it actually becomes a holistic empowerment of degradation in one's system, it is necessary to take a revolutionary PRACTICAL steps to create a change, a change towards a better direction. When deciding to create a new signature, learn a new language, learning to play new musical instruments, all need patience and progressive process. Ironically, many people want to change ONLY with knowledge rather than with practice. When a person feels and believes that he knows, then he has reached FEEL change. In fact, knowing only the INTRODUCTION in a process of change. If you write with your right hand dominant, with a capacity of knowledge to write it, can guarantee you will write equally well with his left hand? Not necessarily, not even average. The ability to swim and cycling are not born from theory but from the patience of a schematic of progressive learning by doing. So, do you know WHY so many people who want change but do not want to go through the formula process of achieving these changes?

That's because the man many do not want to go through the first, can not beat the lust of the flesh (lust, sloth, etc.) and want the process to happen quickly, but that process takes time.

A change is not known if the change without changing itself. ok, I agree with learning by doing .. experience and experiment Teachers are the best! As quickly as What You've Changed for the Better? Formulas that are absolute speed is the length of distance traveled per unit time. But for this I think speed relative benchmark. I'm not the only fast but nubruk2, trial and error ... Fast = will + precision planning + action / realization

Nice description. I so remember on one of Sigmund Freud's book .. How fast can you change so much good? Perhaps as soon as you realize and begin to manage subcounciousness better.
