Religion in made excuse?

why people often become his religion as an excuse?
-reason for criticizing the
-reason for war
-excuse to oppress others
-a reason to hate others
Should all this?

Depending of understanding of each person. Every religion has a way of view and attitude towards other religions in which religion is the "current" conflicting. That's what makes interfaith marriage seen as less good. But religion should not be a reason to distinguish how attitudes towards others.
