Is it true that Britney spears stole her new song from the bellamy brothers?

I was just curious when I read an article in the internet that Britney Spear's new single "hold it against me" was a rip off from one of the bellamy brothers' David bellamy song (Forgot the title of the song too long hehehe! ^_^) Is it true? Not much a fan of britney but I'm really curious.. thanks!
